The Delhi IGI Aviation has announced notification for the recruitment of different ground departments of IGI Airport such as Airlines, Ground Handling Companies, Hospitality, Retail Outlets, Food Courts and Cargo for CSA profile. The online application process for recruitment started on 6th March with the deadline of 22nd May 2024.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed 12th class or above from a recognised board or university to be eligible for the CSA positions. Apart from that, candidates who are waiting for their 12th result are also eligible to participate in the application process.
Age limit
Aspirants applying for the customer service agent position must be between 18 to 30 years of age.
Application fee
The application fee for the recruitment of CSA is set at 350rs/- for all candidates. The application fee is required to be paid during the online application process.

Selection Process
The selection process for the post of CSA consists of two stages, which are a Written Exam and an Interview.
Written Examination:
- The exam will be conducted in offline mode across various centres.
- Candidates have 90 minutes to complete the exam.
- There will be 100 multiple-choice questions.
- Each correct answer carries 1 mark and there will be no negative marking for the wrong answer.
- The department asked questions related to general awareness, aviation knowledge, English knowledge and reasoning in bilingual mode.
Interview
Candidates who qualify for the written test will be called for an interview and the final selection list will be made.
