Selection Process
For contractual posts, selection involves shortlisting, an interview, and negotiating CTC (Cost to Company). Regular roles go through shortlisting and an interview.
Candidates are shortlisted based on their credentials and background, but meeting the required training and experience doesn’t guarantee an interview. The bank’s shortlisting committee sets the criteria.
The bank’s decision on shortlisting and interview marks is final and no queries will be entertained.
Interview: The bank sets qualifying marks for the 100-point interview. Notifications will be sent via email or the bank’s website, not by post.
CTC Negotiation (for Contractual Posts): Based on the candidate’s current CTC, a committee will negotiate a CTC split into 85% fixed pay and 15% variable pay during the interview.
Merit List: Candidates are ranked based on interview scores. Older candidates rank higher in case of ties.
