The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission(MPPSC) released the notification for the state service examination. The exam date for this recruitment was set to 28th April and has now changed to 23 June 2024.
Thousands of candidates took part in the online application process and are now awaiting the preliminary examination admit card. The authority aims to fill 110 vacancies through this portal. The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission will release the State Service Prelims exam admit card on June 12, 2024.

Selection process
The MPSSC exam has three stages:
- Preliminary Examination: It is a computer-based examination that is qualifying in nature. Before going to the next phase of the selection, the candidate needs to pass this.
- Mains exam: It is an important part of the examination as the marks of the main exam are crucial for the merit list.
- Interview: It is the last stage of the selection process. After qualifying, the main exam candidates are invited for an interview.
Paper Pattern
The preliminary examination holds two papers. Each paper consists of multiple-choice questions.
- Paper I: In this paper, questions from general studies are asked. Candidates have 2 hours to complete the exam. It will consist of 200 marks.
- Paper II: Paper II of the Prelims is a qualifying paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%. The time duration of both papers the same. It will hold 200 marks also. The questions will be set in both Hindi and English(bilingual).

The Admit Card 2024 is the primary document the candidate would require to enter the examination hall. As per the notification, the admit card will be available before few days before the exam on 12th June 2024. candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully given in the admit card and do not forget to take it along with them because there is no entry without the admit card in the examination hall.
