Under the Haryana Antyodaya Family Transport Scheme, the Haryana government will provide Happy Cards to families with an annual income of up to 1 lakh rupees. With this card, beneficiaries will get 1000 kilometers of free travel every year. This scheme will benefit 84 lakh people from 22.89 lakh families in Haryana. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar started this scheme by symbolically giving mobility cards to 6 members of Antyodaya families.
Through the Haryana Antyodaya Family Transport Scheme, beneficiaries will be connected to an e-ticketing system for free travel on Haryana Roadways buses, and they will receive a smart card (Happy Card). The Haryana government will spend around 600 crore rupees on this scheme.

How to apply for Haryana Roadways Happy Card Online?
- First, go to the official website of the Haryana Transport Department.
- On the home page, click on the option “Apply Happy Card.”
- Now, enter the Family ID number and the captcha code.
- Click on the option “Send OTP to Verify.”
- Once you verify the OTP, you will see the information of the family members.
- Now, select the member for whom you want to apply for the Happy Card.
- Enter the mobile number and Aadhaar card number.
- Enter the captcha code and click on the option “Send OTP.”
- An OTP will be sent to the registered Aadhaar number. Enter it to verify.
- Now, click on the “Apply” option.
- This is how you can apply for a Happy Card.
- After 15 days of applying, you can go to your nearest Roadways office to get the Happy Card.
