The Central Board of Secondary Education (CTET) of India will conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). This test is conducted at the national level in many states. This exam aims to test eligible teachers for the 1st to 8th class in central government schools such as Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, and other schools that accept the CTET certification. The exam will be conducted on 7 July 2024.

The CBSE published the official notification of the CTET on 07 March 2024. The online application process began on 07 March for the CTET exam and ended on 2 April 2024 and now this date has been extended up to 5 April 2024. Examination Schedule
The Examination schedule has been published by the exam conducting body. The CTET Examination will be held in July month. This exam will be conducted in two shifts. The authority will take this exam on 7 July 2024 for paper II the time duration will be 9:30 am to 12 pm and for paper-I, the time duration will be 2 pm to 4:30 pm. The CTET Qualifying certificate will be valid in all categories. In many institutions the CTET score is relevant. So candidates give their best to succeed in the CTET examination.
Paper Pattern
The CTET Examination consists of two papers.
- Paper I – This examination is for candidates who want to become a teacher for 1 to 5th class at the primary level.
- Paper II -This exam is conducted for those aspirants who have a dream to become the teacher of the 6 to 8 class at the elementary stage. For 1st to 8th class, candidates have to appear in both exams.
- This exam will be held in the online mode.
- Both exams will contain 150 questions.
- All questions will be asked in the objective form.
- For one correct answer candidates will be awarded one mark.
- There is no negative marking in this exam for any incorrect or unattempted answer in both examinations.
Details of CTET Admit Card
The admit card will be released by the exam authority on the official website. The board will publish the admit card before 7 to 10 days of the exam. The admit card will include more information about the candidates such as their name, roll no, date of birth, exam center exam date, and exam timing. Without admit card candidates cannot take the exam. It is advised to all candidates to keep the admit card while completing the selection process.

- Go to the official website at ctet.nic.in.
- On the homepage look for the admit card section.
- After that click on the admit card link.
- Fill out the required information such as application number, password, and date of birth.
- Click on the submit button.
- Now read the advisory and click on the chatbox at the bottom of the page.
- Print the advisory and click on the admit card download button.
- Take a printout of it for future reference.
