SAIL MT Recruitment Eligibility Creteria
To be eligible, applicants must hold a BE/B.Tech degree from an accredited university or institute in relevant engineering disciplines. Specific disciplines include Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, and Mining Engineering. Final-year students who expect to receive their results by the application deadline are also qualified to apply.
Applicants must be at least 28 years old to be eligible for this position. Government regulations allow for age relaxation for candidates from reserved categories. Specifically, candidates from the SC/ST category are granted a five-year age relaxation.
