Exam Overview of CSIR CASE
There were three papers in this exam. The exam overview was different for all papers. Candidates can learn about the exam overviews by reading the points given below.
Paper-I
- The time duration was 2 hours to complete the paper.
- There were 150 Questions in this exam.
- All questions were asked in the objective form.

- For one incorrect answer, the authority will deduct 0.33 of the mark.
Paper- II
- There were 200 questions in this exam.
- One question will contain 1 mark.
- The time duration was 150 minutes.
Paper-III
- The candidate obtained 120 minutes to complete the paper.
- This exam was taken for the 300 marks.
- This exam included several sections such as essay writing, precis writing, and also letter writing.
Result Preparation Process
First of all, the authorities will release the answer key on the official website. Candidates can download it on their mobile phones and laptops. After downloading the answer key, check the answers, calculate their score, and evaluate whether you are eligible or not to work in the CSIR CASE department.
If candidates get any incorrect answer in the provisional answer key, they can object to the incorrect answer to the authority by a given method. The aspirants are informed that the exam board will take a fee to object to the incorrect answer.
After that, the authority will send the final answer key, which will be unchangeable. It will be based on the difficulty level of the exam, the total number of posts, and the total number of candidates.
